Delivery

We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

  • Express Shipping: Receive your order within 1-2 business days for $15.
  • Standard Shipping: Free of charge, with delivery taking 3-5 business days.

We offer 1-2 business day to Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton (order before 4 pm NZST). . Delivery to regional areas may take 1-2 business days extra. For all other locations, use our Delivery Calculator on our product or delivery pages for an accurate delivery time to your postcode.

Returns Policy

Exchanges & Replacements
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help!

  • We’re happy to offer an alternative style or size as part of our exchange policy.
  • You can request a replacement at Suitor Replacement Orders or via our Replacement Portal.
  • For sizing replacements, there is a $15 replacement charge, which covers shipping.
  • To return the original item, please email support@suitor.co.nz and we will email you a return label that you can download to return your order.

Once the original item is lodged at your nearest post office, we will dispatch your replacement order promptly.

Refunds
If you want to return your order, we offer a refund minus a $20 shipping and handling fee (this fee covers the cost of delivering your original order). Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order being delivered. You must notify us via email, support ticket or Live Chat that you would like to return your order.

To start the return process:

  1. Please email support@suitor.co.nz to request a return and a free return label. We will email you a return label that you can download to return your order.
  2. Place the items in the original box, attach the label, and lodge it at your nearest post office.

Refunds are processed once we receive and check your return at our warehouse. They typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Clearance Orders (Ex-Rentals in Good Condition)
